According to the introduction, the operator can monitor the remaining amount of liquid aluminum in the furnace and liquid aluminum position (liquid level) in real time through the material level indicator light and monitoring device of Yaosheng quantitative furnace. At the same time, it can also determine the amount of liquid metal in the furnace through quantitative pressure. The temperature deviation in the molten pool is within ± 2°C and the heating element makes extremely low energy consumption possible. The energy consumption of the quantitative furnace is only 30% of that of the non-closed system. The heating element can be precisely adjusted.
It is worth mentioning that the specially designed feeding funnel of Yao Sheng aluminum alloy quantitative furnace makes it possible to feed and ration simultaneously. During feeding, the die casting machine does not need to stop, so that there is no temperature change in the mold, thus reducing defective complex castings and improving the overall production efficiency of the die casting workshop.
In addition, Yaosheng aluminum quantitative furnace can be lifted and lowered with its scissor lifting base. It is easy to clean with the cleaning door of the furnace, and can empty the remaining metal liquid in the furnace. The pouring height of the quantitative furnace can be adjusted so that it can adapt to the die casting machine.
